All cancellations must be made in writing to Concrete Ontario. Any cancellation received fourteen days prior to the event date will receive a refund on registration fee minus a 20% administration fee. Any cancellation received after this will result in a full forfeiture of registration fee. No Exceptions. Substitutions within same company may be made. No shows are responsible for full payment.
